A fleece fabric square with a rear butyl rubber layer to enable direct adhesion to non-porous surfaces. The butyl rubber provides a waterproof layer that is rupture resistant, forming an immediate seal, without requiring drying time to be effective.

Suitable for:

• Sealing over plastic plumbing floor flanges (such as leak control flanges and safe waste trays)

• Stainless steel fixtures or trays

• Metal drain surfaces

• The intersection between non-porous building substrates.
