Suitable for use as a trafficable top coat over Emer Proof Quick Dry and the Emer-Proof Advanced membranes for roofs and deck areas. Emer-Proof Top Coat exhibits outstanding adhesion properties and excellent UV weather resistance.

  • Roof areas (when used with a base membrane layer of either Emer-Proof Quick Dry or Emer-Proof Advanced).
  • Exposed walkways subject to regular foot traffic.
  • Maintenance walkways subject to foot traffic.
  • Deck and balcony areas.
  • Exposed roof surfaces for maintenance and access areas.
  • General horizontal surfaces exposed to weather roller or brush.

  • Highly durable and foot trafficable.
  • UV weather resistance 
  • Excellent ponding water resistance.
  • Resistant to fungi and algae growth.
  • Provides slip resistant surface, no sand casting or aggregate addition required.
  • Excellent weathering properties.
  • Water based and non-hazardous.
  • Flexible (not elastomeric).
  • Excellent adhesion to Emer-Proof water based membranes and masonry surfaces when primed with Emer- Proof primers.
  • Low VOC
